The panels are produced in a continuous process with liquid polyiso insulation injected between the interior and exterior metal surfaces. The result is a solid and aesthetically pleasing monolithic panel strong enough to bear commercial abuses. Foamed-in-place polyiso insulation is highly efficient giving these panels twice as much energy effiency as polystyrene. The pre-painted 1-mil. thick PPG finish is most suitable for commercial and industrial door applications.
