CWP Series Wall Panels

CWP-H

Centurywall horizontal panels (CWP-H) are used to create a modern, high-tech appearance where a flat, horizontal architectural metal wall system is desired.

CWP-H Panels are provided with hidden fastener offset joinery for easy attachment to structural components from the building exterior. They are typically installed over steel studs or tube steel. Panels may also be attached to hat channels, which have been vertically applied over horizontal light gauge girts.

CWP-H panels are easily integrated with sheetrock wall construction for multi-story applications.

  CWP-V

Centurywall vertical panels (CWP-V) are used to create a modern, high-tech appearance where a flat, vertical architectural metal wall systems is desired.

CWP-V Panels are provided with hidden fastener offset joinery for easy attachment to structural components from the building exterior. They are typically installed over steel studs with horizontal strapping, or directly to girts (wide flange, tube steel or light gauge).

CWP-V panels are also easily integrated with sheetrock wall construction for added fire safety.

CWP-H Striated

The CWP-H is also available with an optional striated profile to create a highly attractive linear appearance with subtle shadows.

CWP H-Wave

Advanced European technology from our parent corporation has brought us the latest in Italian architectural design - the H-Wave. The totally unique design is North America's only sinewave profile foam core insulated panel.

The continuous sweeping profile creates beautiful shadowing effects, especially when used with metallic or mica based paint systems. The unique sidelap joint creates a seamless appearance with fully concealed fastener attachments.

The panel can be integrated with our flat CWP-H and CWP-V panels to create architectural highlights, or can be used by itself to create a dynamic wave appearance.

  CWP - Granitstone®

CWP-H or V panels with the Granitstone® coating combine the many advantages of lightweight insulated panels with the architectural appearance of sprayed stucco.

Granitstone panels provide a flush profile using an acrylic aggregate stucco finish factory applied over primed steel facings.

They can be used with all standard CWP-H or V details. Trims are available in complementary colored embossed and painted steel, or painted aluminum extrusions.

When considering the use of synthetic stucco coated insulated panels, specify the name with over "18 years of successful experience" - Granitstone® by Metecno-API.

AR2-12 Accent Panels

AR2-12 panels are used as accents to create architectural highlights within a horizontal flat panel wall system. Two bold asymmetric ribs per 12" module create extremely unique linear accents.

Panel joinery is designed to fully integrate with all other CWP panel profiles, including the AR3-12. The consistent joint profile and depth provides continuity in vertical and horizontal joint reveals as well as wall system R-value.

AR2-12 is also available with factory-folded corner panels (your choice of notched and bent or welded and painted to match your project's budget and design needs). Trimless ends and aluminum extrusions are also readily available for those finishing touches.

Centurywall Panel Construction

CWP Panels are provided with hidden fastener off-set joinery for easy installation from the building exterior. They are used for exterior walls where a flat architectural metal appearance, insulation value and long spans between supports are required.

CWP Panels can be installed either horizontally or vertically and are available with a closed (SI) or reveal (RI) exterior joint. The reveal serves as a bold linear accent feature and provides a capillary break to insure optimum weather integrity for horizontal applications.

End joints are finished with a matching extruded aluminum piece set with sealing tapes and plugged at reveals, or panels can be factory folded for a "trimless" installation. Trimless end joints are commonly treated with a field applied gasket or foam backer rod and sealant.

CWP series panels are manufactured in a uniform pressure laminating process that bonds metal facings to pre-cured insulating rigid foam cores. This process uses ICBO approved Type II, Class 2 structural urethane adhesives applied under heat and pressure to form an integral bond between steel and foam. Cores are inspected for uniform density and cell structure, and then are machine-milled to exacting tolerances. This extra care ensures premium quality flat cores, suitable for use with embossed or smooth facings. As a result of this unique process, Metecno-API is proud to offer blister-free warranties on all Centurywall products.

Spans shown are limited by deflection under uniform live load only. Spans may be restricted by other factors including deflection due to differential temperatures and connection points required for fasteners.
