MeTecno USA, a single-source manufacturer of premium factory-engineered insulated composite panels and architectural single-element metal wall and roof panels, delivers nationwide by way of four divisions and five plants servicing the architectural, commercial/industrial, cold-storage and food-processing markets throughout the United States, Canada and the Pacific Rim.

The divisions, Metecno USA-API Division (www.apipanel.com), Metecno USA-ASI Division (www.alumashield.com), Metecno USA-Benchmark Division (www.benchmarkpanels.com) and Metecno USA-Morin Division (www.morincorp.com), have the distinctive ability to provide their customers with compatible or identical products and services from multiple plants across the United States. While the divisions have commonalities in processes and products, each one additionally offers unique methods technology, innovative products and services.

MeTecno USA’s insulated foam core and single-element wall and roof panels meet LEED. Each division has a Green Build Mission Statement posted on its Web site to guide designers through the certification process.

MeTecno USA: four divisions, five plants, one color card! The new card, "Cool Colors Palette by MeTecno USA with Energy Star Compliant Fluropon SR Coatings by Valspar," was released in November 2006. In partnership with Valspar, Medina, Ohio, all of MeTecno USA’s Standard SOLID, Premium MICA and METALLIC Fluropon Classic PVDF colors meet the Energy Star requirements for steep-slope roof products. The SOLID Fluropon colors of regal white, ascot white and bone white also meet the Energy Star requirements for low-slope roof products.

One very popular product offered by MeTecno USA is Granitstone, a factory-applied acrylic aggregate finish with the architectural appearance of stucco. Granitstone combines the many advantages of lightweight metal panels with the architectural appearance of sprayed stucco to create a highstrength, factory-finished panel that is energy efficient and fast to install. The panels may be used in vertical or horizontal configurations and full height or stacked modules to provide a distinctive, modern architectural appearance at a surprisingly low cost. New for 2007 is Granitstone Quartz, which provides the ultimate in natural stone appearance.

Catch the wave! This trend now is "sweeping" the country with the help of all three insulated panel divisions. The pioneering panel, known as "The Wave," is North America’s only sinewave profile foam core insulated panel, featuring a continuous sweeping profile that creates beautiful shadowing effects and unique joint design that provides complete continuity of the wave profile. It allows designers and architects freedom of design with the profile in a horizontal "H-Wave" or vertical "V-Wave" style. The Wave easily integrates with the flat architectural insulated panels as fabricated by MeTecno USA as an architectural accent.

The popular MeTecno 100 Roof Series with an integral factory-applied membrane now will be available nationwide! This workhorse panel is ideal for lowslope designs and is a perfect complement to insulated wall panels for cold-storage facilities.

MeTecno USA is the U.S.-based subsidiary of MeTecno SpA, Tribiano, Italy, (www.metecno.com). MeTecno is the world’s largest insulated composite panel manufacturer, with more than 40 years of industry leading experience.
